Kefir Strawberry Vegan Almond Protein Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw unsweetened almond milk kefir
  • 1 cup raw unsweetened strained almond milk
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup ice (or more if using fresh berries)
  • ½ cup raw coconut meat (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp raw almond butter or more depending on your preference
  • 1 Tbsp Vega One Berry Protein Powder (optional for BE - please read note in post)
  • 1 Tbsp raw hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp raw chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp raw flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp alcohol-free natural vanilla extract
  • 20 drops of Sweet Leaf vanilla crème stevia OR if you are not following Body Ecology you could add a 2 - 4 pitted dates
  • pinch of Celtic sea salt
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in your Waring Blender (or any other type of blender) and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Tweak flavours to taste. You might like more sweetener, almond butter, ice etc.
  3. Makes about two 16-ounce glasses.
